Providence India is aimed to digitally enable our vision of Health for a better world. The Providence India Global Center is focused on driving growth, efficiency and transformation for the the organization. With over 1500+ robust, the organization has achieved several milestones and in the five year journey. The Corporate Strategy Team at Providence is responsible for building a blueprint of growth and value acceleration for the Center, including building annual plans, strategic growth initiatives and driving a rigor-oriented run of the business.

This role will be responsible for driving the overall strategy charter for the global center while navigating the market and industry change to drive robust growth.

As the Director of Strategy and Operations you will be responsible for managing the Pillar Strategy teams supporting the pillar leaders including coordinating the strategic, operational, and product priorities and cadence
