Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and creative SEO & Social Media Specialist with 2+ years of experience to manage and grow our organic search presence and digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end On-Page/Off-Page SEO strategies as well as developing organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform thorough keyword research to optimize existing content and discover new content opportunities.
- Execute On-Page SEO strategies (meta tags, internal linking, image optimization, schema markup, and content optimization).
- Drive Off-Page SEO initiatives, including high-quality link building, guest posting, and local SEO (Google Business Profile management).




- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues (crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, indexation) and collaborate with developers to fix them.
- Track and report organic traffic growth, domain authority, keyword rankings, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.

Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and execute organic social media content calendars across major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
- Collaborate with graphic designers/content creators to produce high-performing visual assets, short-form video scripts (Reels/Shorts), and engaging captions.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize basic paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads) to achieve maximum ROI.
- Actively engage with the audience, monitor community comments/DMs, and build brand awareness.
