Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and confident professionals with excellent spoken English to join our International BPO team. The role involves engaging with business owners and decision-makers in the US, UK, and Canada to promote our Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Tax, and Virtual Accounting Services, generate qualified leads, and coordinate virtual meetings with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US, UK, and Canada.

Explain the benefits of outsourcing Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Tax, and Virtual Accounting Services.

Identify and engage with decision-makers, including Business Owners, CEOs, CFOs, and Finance Managers.

Qualify prospects and generate high-quality sales leads.

Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet for senior consultants or the sales team.

Conduct introductory virtual meetings with prospective clients when required, understand their business needs, and present an overview of our services.

Update CRM with call notes, meeting schedules, and lead status.





Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in International BPO, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Inside Sales is preferred.
Freshers with exceptional English communication skills are welcome to apply.
Comfortable conducting virtual meetings with international clients.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
Willingness to work US/UK/Canada shifts.
