Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Regional Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive business expansion across the North & West regions through new customer acquisition and market penetration.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights to strengthen the company's regional presence.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Plan and prioritize sales efforts based on regional demand, customer segments, and industry potential.

Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Generate recent business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and partner engagement.
- Lead end-to-end sales engagements, including client meetings, requirement gathering, solution presentations, proposal management, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.




- Establish strong relationships with IT Heads, Procurement Teams and key decision-makers.
- Travel extensively across the region to meet clients, attend business reviews, and support regional growth initiatives.

Key Account Management
- Manage strategic enterprise accounts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Microsoft 365, Cloud Security Solutions, Backup Services, and other managed IT offerings.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain a high level of client engagement throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.

Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, pricing guidelines, and company policies.
- Track regional performance metrics, account progress, and opportunity conversion rates.
