Performance Incentives: Up to 30000 per month based on project coordination, recruitment success, customer satisfaction, enquiry conversion, operational efficiency, and achievement of assigned targets.

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented skilled to support recruitment, gifting operations, customer coordination, and day-to-day business activities.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Responsibilities

Maintain employee records, attendance records, leave records, and HR documentation.

Assist management with workforce planning and recruitment activities.

Support employee engagement and workplace communication initiatives.





Coordinate internal communication and staff-related activities.

Gifting and Customer Coordination

Assist in gift hamper designing and customized gifting projects.

Coordinate customer requirements, approvals, personalization requests, and order updates.

Handle customer enquiries and provide gifting recommendations.

Support festive gifting campaigns, corporate gifting projects, and bulk order coordination.

Maintain customer records, enquiry logs, and project documentation.

Follow up customer enquiries and support order conversion activities.

Operations and Administration

Coordinate with Gift Designers, Sales Team, Packing Team, and Management.

Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

Support inventory coordination and operational documentation.

Prepare reports related to recruitment, enquiries, projects, and operational activities.

Maintain smooth communication between departments and support
