Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Monitoring progress, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget, and coordinating with various teams.

Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all personnel use appropriate safety equipment.

Quality Control: Ensuring work meets the required standards and specifications, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Resource Management: Managing materials, equipment, and labor effectively.

Communication: Maintaining explicit communication with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.

Documentation:



Keeping records of work progress, safety inspections, and other relevant information.

Skills and Qualities:
Leadership:Ability to motivate and direct workers, resolve conflicts, and make decisions.

Communication:Clear and effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge:Understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and relevant building codes.
