About the Role

We're hiring an SEO / AEO / GEO Executive to plan, execute, and optimize organic search strategies across client websites. You'll work on improving search rankings, website performance, and AI search visibility through SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SEO experience who wants to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI search landscape.

Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis using SEO tools.
- Execute on-page SEO including meta tags, headings, internal linking, image optimization, and schema markup.




- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify crawl, indexing, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic, recommending improvements where needed.
- Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies.
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content and content briefs.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Optimize content for Featured Snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), and voice search.
- Structure website content to improve visibility in AI-powered answer engines.
- Implement FAQ schema, structured data, and content formatting best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve answer relevance across search engines.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Optimize content for AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and other generative search engines.
