Job Title: Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand strategies and marketing plans for clients across various industries.
- Understand client goals, target audiences, and market positioning.
- Create pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with creative, content, social media, and performance marketing teams.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and develop campaign concepts.
- Present strategic recommendations and campaign ideas to clients.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Track campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience in creating pitch decks and marketing proposals.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing,



social media, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, advertising, or agency environments.
