Job overview:
We are looking for a smart, analytical, and tech-savvy Management Trainee (Finance) to support the management team in financial analysis, business research, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting_
- Conduct financial, business, and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.
- Support the preparation of presentations, business reports, and executive summaries.
- Help monitor financial performance and identify business improvement opportunities.
- Business Operations & Strategic Support_
- Assist management in executing business initiatives and special projects.




- Coordinate with various internal departments to collect, validate, and analyze business information.
- Maintain financial records, project documentation, and management reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Technology & Process Improvement_
- Utilize MS Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Leverage AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity, reporting accuracy, and business insights.
- Assist in automating routine reports and streamlining finance-related processes wherever possible.

Skills & Competencies:
- Technical Skills_
- Solid knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance, and
- accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and business analysis.
