- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute SharePoint Online migration projects from on-premises SharePoint, file shares, and other collaboration platforms.
- Perform content discovery, assessment, analysis, and migration readiness activities.
- Utilize Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) and ShareGate for large-scale migration projects.
- Develop and customize SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Create migration strategies, run pilot migrations, and execute production migrations.




- Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize migration performance.
- Implement governance, security, permissions, and compliance requirements within Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with business users and project teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare technical documentation, migration runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Required Skills
- 5-6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online migration projects.
- Expertise in Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) and ShareGate migration tools.
- Experience with SharePoint Online administration, site collections, permissions, and content management.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Teams integration.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security,
