Key Responsibilities
- Inspect machined components as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Check CNC, VMC, HMC, Turning, Milling, and Drilling components for dimensional accuracy.
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.;
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of machined parts.
- Identify defects, deviations, and machining-related quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production and Machining teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and defect trends and support corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and customer specifications.
- Support CMM inspection and coordinate with the CMM operator when required.





Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of machining processes and inspection methods.
- Knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC, Turning, Milling & Drilling.
- Familiarity with CMM and GD&T.;

Preferred
- Experience in casting and machining industries.
- Knowledge of PPAP, 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA is an advantage.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand tolerances.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
