Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in inquiries and student interactions professionally.
- Call and follow up with leads and prospective students.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain courses, fee structures, and learning plans.
- Guide students regarding suitable programs and career opportunities.
- Manage front desk and student coordination activities.
- Maintain CRM records and inquiry databases.
- Support digital marketing and lead generation activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and training teams.
- Conduct counseling sessions and presentations.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.

Requirements:




- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
- Qualified personality and willingness to learn.

Working Hours
- 6 Days Working
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
