Position:
- Professional Graphic Designer

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Hybrid (Primarily On-site)
Location: South Delhi
Experience: 1-3 Years

Compensation:₹20K - ₹25K per month _(Final compensation will depend on your experience, portfolio quality, design assessment, creativity, and overall interview performance.)_

Key Responsibilities
- Design premium YouTube Thumbnails with high CTR potential.
- Create podcast thumbnails, banners, and channel branding assets.
- Design Instagram posts, carousel creatives, reel covers, and story creatives.
- Create posters, flyers, social media advertisements, and promotional creatives.
- Develop branding materials, marketing creatives, and digital campaign assets.




- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to deliver high-quality visual content within deadlines.

Required Skills:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects (Basic Knowledge Preferred)
- Canva Pro
- AI Design Tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
- Strong Typography, Color Theory & Layout Design
- Thumbnail Design & Social Media Branding
