The Role: We are looking for a Local Health Ground Marketing Lead / BDE to be the face of Heal Cancer Support in the local community. Patient acquisition in oncology requires trust, and trust is built on the ground.

You will not be sitting behind a desk. You will be out in the field, building a local referral network from scratch, creating awareness about our platform, and directly bringing in patient leads. We are looking for someone who is tough, resilient,



and highly analytical. If you can handle the emotional weight of the healthcare sector, love negotiating, and know how to analyze local market data to find the best lead sources, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build Local Referral Networks: Pitch and partner with local pathology labs, diagnostic centers, and general physicians to create a steady pipeline of patient referrals for our Onco-Second Opinion and Continuum Care services.
- On-Ground Lead Generation: Actively scout and generate qualified leads locally. Identify families who are navigating a recent cancer diagnosis and educate them on how our platform can save them money and provide clinical clarity.
