Job Description: -

1. Operational Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, overseeing day-to-day manufacturing activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Implement best practices in manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Lead initiatives to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.

2. Production Planning and Control:
- Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and inventory management.
- Monitor production schedules and capacity planning, ensuring on-time delivery of products and productive use of production assets.
- Implement robust quality control measures to maintain high product standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Team Management and Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, engineers, and operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.




- Provide guidance and support to resolve operational issues, escalate challenges as needed, and develop skills within the team to drive operational excellence.

4. Supply Chain and Logistics Management:
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize material flow, procurement strategies, and distribution processes.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, maintaining cost-effective supply chain operations.

5. Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing:
- Champion lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce lead times, and minimize production costs.
- Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive sustainable operational excellence.
