We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing campaigns, generate quality insurance leads and support business growth through online channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns for insurance products. Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation. Generate qualified leads for Motor, Health, Life, Term, Travel and other insurance products.



Monitor and optimize campaign performance, Cost Per Lead (CPL) and conversion rates. Improve lead quality and reduce the cost of qualified leads. Coordinate with the Sales Team to track lead follow-up and policy conversions. Manage the company’s social media platforms and prepare content calendars. Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for social media posts, reels and marketing creatives. Implement basic SEO and keyword research activities. Monitor website traffic, landing page performance and online lead generation. Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other digital marketing tools. Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports. Track leads, campaign performance, conversion rates and return on advertising spend. Monitor competitor activities and identify current digital marketing opportunities. Develop innovative strategies to increase online visibility and customer acquisition
