What the job looks like:
Key Responsibilities

Mentor Management & Coordination
- Align mentors according to batch requirements & session schedules.
- Ensure mentors are well-informed about their sessions & responsibilities, are consistent & regular for their respective programs
- Monitor mentor performance & maintain quality standards across all programs.

Subscriber Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subscribers regarding session-related updates.
- Address subscriber queries and concerns in a timely and qualified manner.

Operations & Execution




- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the entire program
- Maintain records related to schedules, attendance, & communication.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure efficient program delivery.

Accountability
- Take ownership of the overall subscriber experience & be an imminent part their growth journey
- Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting program quality or scheduling.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in operations, program coordination, or a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Basic requisites:
- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA - Sales & Marketing)
- Good communicator; fluent in english; Warm & Hospitable
- Self Driven, eager to learn, smart to anticipate, adapt
