Key Responsibilities & Sales Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Follow up with potential buyers and investors to convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close transactions successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Marketing ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Promote properties through social media, digital marketing, property portals, and advertising channels.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies for promotional activities.Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.




- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and track campaign performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- ExperienceMinimum 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in property sales, leasing, or real estate brokerage preferred.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
