Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, and issue HR-related documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, and other employee communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases in electronic formats.
- Communicate and explain company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR guidelines to employees, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of employee information, company records, and sensitive HR data at all times
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives,



employee engagement activities, and organizational development programs.
- Support management in maintaining a positive work environment and promoting company values and culture.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
