Position: Customer Service Executive
Department: Customer Service / Sales Support
Location: Kondhanpur, Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 3-5 Years (Manufacturing/Engineering Industry Preferred)
Qualification: Graduate (B.Com/BBA/B.E./Diploma or equivalent)

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & After-Sales Support
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Coordinate after-sales service activities and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain solid customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints.

Quotation & Sales Support
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations.
- Prepare and send spare parts quotations.
- Follow up with customers for quotation approvals and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for order execution.

Payment Recovery
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts department for payment reconciliation.




- Maintain records of receivables and payment status.

Back Office Operations
- Maintain customer databases and service records.
- Prepare service reports, order confirmations, invoices, and documentation.
- Update ERP/CRM systems with customer and service information.
- Generate MIS reports related to customer service and sales support.

Service Coordination
- Coordinate service engineers for site visits.
- Schedule preventive and breakdown maintenance visits.
- Track service requests until closure.
- Maintain service history and customer feedback records.

Travel Booking & Coordination
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and local transportation for service engineers.
- Coordinate site visit schedules with customers and internal teams.
- Ensure all travel and service documentation is completed before deployment.
