DESCRIPTION:
As a GCC Sr Account Manager for AWS India, your responsibilities will include building and driving the strategy to increase AWS adoption and market penetration across Global Capability Centers (GCCs) operating in India. You will be responsible for carrying out global account strategy locally and building long-term business and technology partnerships with these strategic engineering and innovation hubs that shape global cloud architecture.

Key job responsibilities
Drive Digital Transformation and Cloud Adoption: Lead strategic conversations and sales plays across four key pillars—Internal Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration & Platform Modernization, Data-driven Innovation, and Generative AI—to drive adoption and business value across GCC operations
Executive Relationship Management: Facilitate regular and deeper executive engagement between GCC India leadership, global parent organization stakeholders, and AWS teams to ensure solid "Top to Top" connectivity and strategic alignment
Strategic Business Transformation Conversations: Drive regular, strategic,



business transformation and roadmap-oriented discussions with GCC Heads, Engineering Leaders, and Center of Excellence (CoE) owners regarding cloud architecture decisions, workload migrations, and innovation initiatives
Engineering and Product Leadership Engagement: Collaborate with GCC Engineering Heads, Product Development leaders, and Horizontal leaders to drive the success of their Migration/Modernization strategy and ensure technical alignment
Project Execution and Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to extended teams, driving execution excellence and ensuring successful delivery of cloud projects and pilots
Knowledge Sharing and Capability Building: Lead collaboration initiatives including hackathons, immersion days, and tech days to showcase AWS capabilities, build technical mindshare, and accelerate adoption across the organization
