Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities on the floor and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance or training when required.
- Allocate tasks and ensure that all work is completed on time and up to standard.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., inventory, service, quality control) for workflow efficiency.
- Address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in floor operations.
- Maintain daily records, shift reports, and incident logs.
- Conduct floor inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
- Handle customer or client interactions when required (especially in retail/service industries).
- Report operational issues and feedback to higher management regularly.

Requirements:




- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred based on industry).
- 2-5 years of experience in floor supervision or a similar role.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP/DMS software depending on industry).
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
