Job Summary

We are hiring a Telecalling Executive who can effectively communicate with customers in both English and Hindi, generate leads, and ensure proper sales follow-up to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
- Perform regular sales follow-ups with interested leads
- Maintain daily call records and update customer details
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory):
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an added advantage

Experience

Salary

₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
- Incentives

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
- 2 Wheeler Licence (required)
