We are an established railway infrastructure contractor executing Railway Electrification (25 kV OHE), transmission, and allied infrastructure projects for organizations such as Indian Railways, RVNL, IRCON, RITES and other Government agencies.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated qualified to manage tendering, contract administration, billing, and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Management
- Study and analyze tender documents.
- Prepare qualification documents.
- Upload tenders on GeM, CPP Portal, IREPS and other Government portals

2. Contract Management
- Study General Conditions of Contract (GCC).
- Understand Special Conditions of Contract (SCC).
- Draft notices and replies.

3.Railway Billing
- Preparation of
- RA Bills
- Final Bills
- Extra Item Bills
- Variation Bills
- Price Variation (PVC) Bills
- Maintain billing registers.




- Follow-up with client for bill certification.
- Track recoveries and deductions.

4. Record Keeping

5.Coordinate with
- Site Engineers
- Accounts Department
- Purchase Department
- Clients
- Consultants
- Railway Officials

6.Preparation of:
- DPR
- Progress Reports

Preferred Experience
- 3-8 years of experience.
- Experience with Indian Railways, RVNL, IRCON, RITES, DFCCIL, RailTel, or similar government infrastructure projects.
- Experience in Railway Electrification (OHE), Civil, Signalling & Telecom, or Track works preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
