We are looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to support our business
development efforts by generating qualified leads, connecting with potential customers, and creating sales
opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company services.
- Identify potential clients through provided databases, online research, and lead lists.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain consistent calling activity to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Customer Engagement
- Build rapport with prospects through qualified and engaging conversations.
- Understand customer pain points and communicate relevant solutions.
- Handle objections effectively and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested prospects to move opportunities forward.
Database Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM.
- Update customer information and follow-up schedules regularly.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Ensure proper tracking of leads generated and conversions.
Sales Support
- Work closely with Team Lead.
- Provide qualified leads and relevant prospect information to the sales team.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Participate in sales meetings and performance reviews.
Additional Responsibilities (International Calling - APAC, ANZ, EMEA, LATAM, MEA, AMER)
- Handle international outbound calls professionally across different time zones.
- Communicate effectively with overseas clients and decision-makers.
