Job Summary:
A Jewellery Consultant assists customers in selecting jewellery products, provides product information, delivers excellent customer service, and helps achieve sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, gemstones, and certifications.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details.
- Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and organized.
- Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and product replenishment.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, collections, and promotions.
- Follow company policies regarding security, billing, and store operations.

- Experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales or customer service.
