1. Achieve Sales and Revenue Targets
- Respond to all new leads within the given time through the approved IVR system and manage them effectively.
- Qualify prospects and convert them into customers using the approved sales process.
- Recommend suitable solutions and prepare and present accurate commercial proposals.
- Negotiate, close sales, and ensure a smooth project handover.
- Maintain complete CRM records and comply with all sales policies and procedures.

2. Ensure Sales Process, CRM and Policy Compliance.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle through Zoho CRM and Zoho Bookings
- Schedule all customer meetings through Zoho Bookings.
- Update Zoho CRM immediately after every customer interaction. Confirm and schedule revised customer appointments through Zoho Bookings.
- Maintain complete customer records, interaction notes and sales documentation.
- Comply with CRM Blueprints, Workflows and organisational policies.
- Use only approved IVR, Virtual Landline and official communication channels.

Build Strong Customer Relationships and Lead the Sales Team.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure complete project handover to the Operations Team.
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular coaching, role plays and performance reviews.

4. Continuously Develop Professional Competencies.
- Complete all assigned training, e-learning and role-play programmes.
- Continuously develop sales, CRM and interior design competencies.
- Develop leadership capabilities for the General Manager role.

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
