About the Role

Art of Healing Cancer is looking for a proactive, empathetic, and relationship-driven Patient Community & Reputation Manager to strengthen our online presence, build trust within patient communities, and manage our digital reputation.

This is not a traditional social media marketing role. Instead of focusing on creating posts and reels, the role is centered around building relationships with patient communities, managing online reviews, increasing referrals through authentic patient engagement, and expanding our presence across relevant healthcare and cancer support platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Reputation Management
- Monitor and manage the organization's online reputation across Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to reviews, comments, messages, and patient feedback.




- Escalate concerns or negative feedback to the relevant internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Track online sentiment and recommend initiatives to improve the organization's reputation.

2. Community Building & Engagement
- Identify, join, and actively engage with relevant cancer support groups, caregiver communities, and healthcare forums.
- Build long-term relationships with community administrators, moderators, and patient advocates.
- Increase the visibility of Art of Healing Cancer through meaningful participation in online communities while adhering to community guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships with patient support organizations and NGOs.

3. Patient Advocacy & Testimonials
- Coordinate with patients and caregivers to collect authentic testimonials, success stories, written reviews, and video feedback.
