Conduct purchasing in support of inventory management goals and activities. Administer proper terms and conditions, ensure compliance to Fisher procedures and trade compliance for current supplier set-up. Ensures PO’s are requested for the factory needs or to the best LT that can be given by supplier if not possible. Communication of periodic performance reports to key suppliers, along with facilitation of regular conference calls.

Responsibilities:
Quality- Applies procedures which are described in QA Manual.- Makes sure, final product is fully in line with write up, prior to completion.Procurement:
- Initiate RFQs in accordance with global sourcing strategies and Approved Vendor List, ensuring alignment with project BOMs and casting specifications for control valve components.- Issue and manage Casting, Trims and other parts Purchase Orders promptly via Oracle ERP, ensuring visibility and traceability across the supply chain.- Implement proactive measures for early/late deliveries,



including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.- Address supplier technical queries related to castings, and trims. Ensure compliance with Fisher Engineering Standards, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) requirements.- Manage PO execution for external suppliers, intercompany (Inter-Co) transfers, and buyout components. Maintain accurate delivery dates and reschedule lines in Oracle based on supplier feedback and factory needs.- Reconcile monthly Supplier SOAs to ensure timely payments.
