To be successful as an” AVP Colleague Engagement” you should have experience with:
- Strong written and verbal communication skill - being able to write effective communications across a number of channels to help communicate key messages to internal employees. Ability to tailor comms to suit the audience and context.
- Planning and organisational skill - being comfortable being reactive (urgent messages) as well as planned campaign work.
- Analytical - being comfortable analysing various forms of data to make recommendations.
- This is as part of the BX India Colleague Engagement Team.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
- Stakeholder management - working across all Global Locations and India leadership teams to understand their priorities and building trust to deliver key messages.
- Interest in improving employee culture and experience - shows interest in employees experience and what actions can be taken to improve it.
- Events planning and execution - running local events working with various stakeholders to ensure they are successful and meet expectations.
