Job Summary
We are seeking a travel consultant with a little hands-on experience in the travel industry to manage client bookings, provide travel recommendations, and ensure smooth end-to-end travel planning for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking flights, hotels, holiday packages, and tour itineraries
- Provide destination information, travel advice, and pricing options to customers
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators for bookings and confirmations
- Handle visa documentation and travel insurance guidance where applicable




- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and last-minute travel changes
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details
- Stay updated on travel trends, deals, and destination knowledge
- Meet monthly sales/booking targets

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or related customer service role
- Basic knowledge of travel booking software/GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or similar) is a plus
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak seasons
- Fluency in English/Gujarati/Hindi

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations
- Prior experience in ticketing or itinerary planning
