Purpose:
Help prospective customers understand the value of our products and convert interested leads into customers through consultative selling.

Compensation:
In Hand Salary: 3.6LPA + Incentives (2% on Revenue)

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Conduct product demonstrations for EXIM Assistant and Vujis.
- Follow up with webinar participants and interested enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer objections and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success team for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.

Customer Relationship:
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
- Ensure a seamless buying experience.

Daily Activities:
- Conduct product demos
- Follow up with interested leads
- Handle sales calls and WhatsApp conversations
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Update CRM and sales pipeline
- Coordinate onboarding with internal and external teams

KPIs:
- Revenue Generated

- Customer Satisfaction during onboarding
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Product Demonstration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable handling Zoom demonstrations.
- Solid persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

Work Requirements
- Work Mode: Remote
- Laptop with high speed internet connection.
- Smartphone for customer communication.

What Success Looks Like After 90 Days
- Independently conducting product demonstrations.
- Working with Exporters, Importers and other stakeholders in this sector.
- Consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining an organised sales pipeline.
- Delivering an excellent customer buying experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
