Job description:
32 Dental Care is looking for a passionate Resident Dentist to join our team.
This role is ideal for a dentist eager to learn, grow, and provide quality patient care under supervision.

Requirements:
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Valid dental license or eligibility for registration
- Robust clinical interest and willingness to learn

Work Timings : 10:00 am to 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient dental examinations and assessments
- Diagnose oral health conditions and develop treatment plans
- Perform routine dental procedures, including:
- Dental fillings
- Extractions
- Scaling and polishing
- Assist senior dentists in advanced or complex dental treatments




- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and training sessions
- Respond to dental emergencies as required
- Adhere to ethical standards, clinical guidelines, and institutional policies

The Resident Dentist provides comprehensive dental care under the supervision of senior dentists. The role focuses on developing clinical skills, delivering patient-centered care, and gaining hands-on experience in diagnosis, treatment planning, and dental procedures across multiple disciplines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
