Job Title: Franchise Development Manager (FDM)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage franchise leads.
- Contact interested investors through phone calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Conduct franchise presentations and explain business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective franchisees.
- Evaluate franchise locations and business feasibility.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close franchise agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and outlet setup.
- Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
- Build relationships with existing franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Travel across assigned territories for meetings and franchise expansion.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Real Estate, Franchise Sales, Business Development, or Direct Sales.:




- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales can also apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of English, Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi is an added advantage.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication in Kannada, English, and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Presentation and sales skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.

Salary & Perks
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
