We are looking for a energetic, detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and drive efficiency while maintaining our strict quality benchmarks.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and execute daily/weekly production targets to meet market demands efficiently.
- Quality Control & Food Safety: Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI regulations, hygiene standards, and internal quality benchmarks. Oversee batch testing for taste, texture, acidity, and shelf-life consistency.
- Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate production floor workers and supervisors. Manage shift scheduling and ensure a safe, disciplined working environment.




- Inventory & Raw Material Management: Monitor the usage of raw materials (spices, mustard, oils, vegetables) and packaging materials to minimize wastage and optimize yield.
- Machinery & Maintenance: Oversee the proper operation and routine maintenance of food processing and packaging machinery to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily production logs, batch records, wastage reports, and compliance documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: _must have 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing industry,_ideally specifically in the production of sauces, jams, pickles, or traditional Indian condiments.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of food preservation techniques, batch processing, pasteurization, and FSSAI guidelines.
