Job OverviewWe are hiring a highly skilled Maintenance Head to lead facility and equipment operations in Gurugram. You will manage technical teams, oversee preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) run safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Teams: Supervise maintenance technicians, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
- Manage Repairs: Perform and direct preventive and breakdown maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Control Budget: Track expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure Safety: Enforce safety protocols (like LOTO) and ensure compliance with building and health standards.

Education Requirements
- Degree:



B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 10+ years in facility, plant, or building maintenance, preferably with hospital or premium property experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and facility management software.
