What You Will Do
Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers as a trusted advisor to understand current and anticipated talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for IT and non-IT positions.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled and management-level positions, from intake and strategic sourcing through candidate assessment, selection, and offer support.




Establish and maintain effective communication with hiring managers and key stakeholders, align on service expectations, and deliver recruiting support that meets business needs.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, effective job postings, employee referrals, social media, job boards, proactive outreach, and other recruitment channels in accordance with organizational guidelines and recruiting best practices.
Provide hiring managers with talent-market insights and sourcing recommendations to support effective recruitment and selection decisions.
Coach and advise hiring leaders on recruitment and selection practices that promote a positive candidate experience and support objective decision-making.
Use Workday Recruiting to manage requisitions, candidate activity, recruiting workflows, and talent pipelines throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
