Job Description: Sales Coordinator

Work Mode: On-siteIndustry: Medical Devices / Manufacturing / B2B Sales About the Role:We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales, and internal departments.
You will be the key link for order processing, documentation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with sales team, distributors, and customers for daily orders and follow-ups. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and track order status. Maintain CRM, sales reports, and MIS dashboards for management review.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics,



and accounts for timely dispatch and billing. Track receivables, pending orders, and support sales team to achieve targets.
Maintain database of customers, products, pricing, and competitor information.
Support in organizing meetings, CMEs, dealer meets, and marketing activities.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM tools.
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
