About the Company

Innocent Fresh Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG company manufacturing and marketing traditional Indian food products such as Chana Sattu, Sattu Masala, Spices, Snacks, Pickles, Sprinkler Spices and other packaged food products. We are expanding our distribution network across Bihar and are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, kirana stores, wholesalers, and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Generate primary and secondary sales.
- Increase product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Identify and appoint new retailers and distributors.
- Take orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Submit daily sales reports and route plans to the reporting manager.




- Ensure timely collection of payments wherever applicable.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales (Freshers may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000-₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
