Gurcharanam Academy is a dedicated educational institute focused on delivering quality academic guidance and career-oriented learning solutions. We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations at our Kota branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
- Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll coordination and leave management.
- Support employee engagement activities and workplace discipline.




- Ensure proper communication between management and staff.
- Help in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment and HR activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or administration will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
