Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for junior-to-mid level roles across technical and non-technical domains.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct thorough resume screening and structured phone/video interviews to evaluate skills, culture fit, and compensation expectations.
- Offer Management & Onboarding: Assist in negotiating compensation, extending formal job offers, facilitating background checks, and supporting onboarding integration.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven, full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in-house HR environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)



and professional sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Organization: Proven capability to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting target hiring timelines.
