About us:
As our Graphic/Brand Designer, you will own the visual expression of brands from brief to broadcast. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with strategists, copywriters, motion designers, and AI artists to ship work across brand systems, marketing campaigns, advertising, collateral, and video production. You will be trusted — from day one — to hold the pen.

Roles & responsibilities:
- Think from a brand perspective first, execution second — every asset must strengthen the brand, not just the campaign.
- Extend and evolve brand identity systems: logo behaviour, typography, colour, iconography, illustration, motion principles.
- Audit existing brand touchpoints and recommend improvements.
- Design marketing collateral end-to-end: brochures, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, pitch decks, sales enablement assets, event collateral, booth design, merchandise, and print production.
- Own file preparation for print — bleed,



colour profiles (CMYK/RGB), resolution, export specs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to turn strategy documents into on-brand visual deliverables.
- Concept and execute ad campaigns across digital (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic), print, and OOH.
- Design performance creative: statics, carousels, display banners, HTML5 ads, and A/B test variants at scale.
- Build campaign systems — hero visuals, supporting assets, motion cutdowns, social adaptations — from a single master concept.
- Partner with performance marketers to iterate based on creative data.
- Use AI tools as a daily, first-class part of the workflow — MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora/Veo, ChatGPT, Figma AI, and whatever ships next.
- Generate, extend, and retouch imagery using AI; direct AI outputs with the same rigour as a photo shoot.
- Know when NOT to use AI — have a explicit point of view on where it helps and where it hurts
