We are the India operations of a Overseas headquartered group. We operate under strict financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and real-time reporting standards. Our platform partners with NBFCs to distribute digital lending products alongside multi revenue streams.





ROLE OVERVIEW

As Senior Finance Manager, you will own the entire finance function for our India operations. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead financial accounting, Robust knowledge of Indian accounting

LSP accounting, NBFC partner reconciliations, Management reporting, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC), Income TAX, statutory compliance and audit coordination. You'll work directly with Management, manage finance team, and ensure zero delays and error free financial reporting. This role demands someone who thrives under pressure, delivers under tight deadlines, has deep NBFC/lending accounting expertise, understands FDI compliance for wholly-owned subsidiaries, and combines agility with corporate discipline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead end-to-end finance operations: general ledger, financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), month-end/quarter-end/year-end close, and real-time MIS rep
