We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and lead a team of Sales Officers across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver primary and secondary sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
- Manage distributors and improve market coverage.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of trade schemes.
- Monitor competitor activities and implement growth strategies.
- Drive collections and maintain financial discipline.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of FMCG sales experience with team handling exposure.
- Solid leadership, planning, and distributor management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and DMS.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
