We are seeking a results-oriented and creative Senior Social Media Executive to take ownership of our digital platforms. You will bridge the gap between brand marketing and performance by translating business objectives into engaging, community-driven social media strategies. You will manage end-to-end campaign execution and guide junior team members to drive visibility, lead generation, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute data-backed social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.




- Manage end-to-end paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create compelling content pillars, manage calendars, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

Content Creation & Optimization
- Write engaging, platform-specific copy, hooks, and scripts for posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to bring content concepts to life.
- Monitor algorithm updates and adjust content formats to maximize reach and engagement.

Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC, CPL, and engagement rates).
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) to identify trends and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
