Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst - Reporting & Analytics to manage critical operational reporting deliverables, ensure data accuracy, support stakeholder decision-making, and drive continuous improvement through automation, process enhancement, and data visualization.
This role is responsible for delivering timely and accurate reports, including EWAT Stat Report, Imaging Report, POD Hours Report, and EWAT Break Report, while maintaining strong governance, quality assurance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

The Analyst - Reporting & Analytics will support operational excellence by managing recurring business reports, validating data accuracy, identifying reporting risks, and providing timely insights to managers, operations teams, and stakeholders. The position will also support reporting transitions, knowledge management, cross-training, and upskilling initiatives to strengthen reporting capability, reduce dependency, and enable effective business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting Delivery and TAT Ownership: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of critical reports and maintain 100% adherence to defined timelines.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide transparent updates to stakeholders and escalate delays in advance with reason, impact, and revised timeline.
Operational Cadence and Insights: Support weekly operations reviews, assess data gaps, and share EWAT dashboard findings and observations.
Quality Assurance: Resolve reporting issues promptly, complete monthly audits, and prevent repeat
