Job Description
We are Visa's Client Experience Billing team, responsible for the systems and experiences that support the billing of billions of dollars annually. In addition to customer-facing experiences, we manage a suite of internal products that enable pricing configuration, incentive management, billing operations, reporting, and financial transparency across the organization.
We are seeking a Product Analyst to help manage and enhance our internal billing platforms.



This role will focus on partnering with business and technology teams to improve the tools that support pricing, incentives, reporting, and billing operations.
Responsibilities
Support product management activities for Visa's internal billing platforms, including pricing, incentives, reporting, and operational tools.
Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Strategy, and Technology stakeholders.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, data quality, and user experience.
Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, create user stories, and support backlog prioritization.
Develop a deep understanding of Visa's pricing and incentive processes and the systems that support them.
Help define product strategy and roadmaps for internal billing capabilities.
Coordinate testing, validation, and release activities for recent features and
