LEAP is delivering BCG's new Learning platform to power the firm's learning and development needs.
Initially, you’ll work within the Data Product squad to build a custom data product in Snowflake as part of a broader transformation program of BCG’s learning technology. The data product will help enable AI-driven learning and make learning data accessible to other teams and systems, including, for example, staffing and analytics. When the program has ended, you’ll be part of a Learning squad with RtB as its scope.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Develop well-structured Agile user stories and acceptance criteria that enable effective solution delivery, and owning your area of backlog
Analyze processes and data needs, contributing to solution design and identifying practical approaches to business problems.
