We are building AIDLC — a next-generation platform that embeds AI across the entire application development lifecycle, from ideation and design through code generation, testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance. The platform combines AI-native application development with autonomous agents and workflow automation to help enterprise customers in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific build and run digital applications faster, cheaper and at higher quality.

As Chief Technology Officer, you will own the technical vision, architecture and engineering execution for this platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder: you will set the technical direction, make the hard architectural calls, prototype where it matters, and grow and lead a world-class engineering and R&D; team. You will be the technical counterpart to the business, translating a quick-moving AI landscape into a durable, differentiated product.
