Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing clients
Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth

Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
